NEW CONSTRUCTION
New construction Project Management on behalf of the Client can be evaluated at two pages:
Pre-contract Stage is about clarification of what Builder/Shipyard is offering and/or making sure that Client’s wishes and requirements are delivered and these are properly documented in the Yacht Construction Agreement and its annexes. The process can start as early as from design development stage or review of the proposals.
New Construction Stage is about ensuring that the shipyard/builder complies with the contractual obligations outlined in the Yacht Construction Agreement and it annexes; Technical Specifications, Drawings, Construction, Delivery Schedule and other essential addendums.
SURVEY & CONSULTANCY
Tailor Made Projects
Consultancy service covers all major stages of construction, repair-refit as well as operation of the yacht. This includes overview the condition of existing yacht as well as project management or supervision, condition or pre-purchase surveys, flag state compliance surveys, technical appraisal or compliance reviews and follow-up.
NEW BUILDS
In addition to the services provided during the years, Logos also realised six custom-build new construction projects as Contractor and Builder. All projects have been developed to the unique requirements of their Owners with close corporation with leading Designers, suppliers and vendors and delivered to their Owners in time and on budget.
