Refit & Repair
Project Management of the refit and repair process is similar to new construction where it starts with condition survey, development of work lists with input from crew, owner and other involved parties which may be Classification Society, Flag Administration, Management Company and other bodies.

- Condition survey,
- Compiling accurate worklists with close coordination with the crew and client,
- Assistance with preparation of repair specifications,
- Review of the scope, schedule and budgets,
- Review of construction drawings and documents ensuring compliance with agreement and client’s and statutory requirements,
- Performing periodical visits to monitor and supervise the process at the shipyard and where necessary its subcontractors to ensure that the workmanship, finishes, equipment and materials supplied are of the standards specified and common yacht building practice as well as classification society and flag state requirements,
- Coordination of communication between client, crew, shipyard and other vendors,
- Evaluate extra works required that comes up during the course of the repair and refit,
- Monitor and approve construction stage payments,
- Management and follow-up of client’s obligations; decisions and timely delivery of client supply items,
- Review of draft agendas for tests and trials protocol,
- Preparation of comments/remarks and notices for installations, executions, and tests,
- Review of all delivery documentation including drawings, manuals and certificates,
